10K WHITE GOLD ELGIN POCKETWATCH

This is a beautifully engraved Elgin octagonal men's pocketwatch, running strong and keeping accurate time. it hasn't been opened so it might be stamped 10k inside but it tests 10k. This watch not only has incredible detail on the engraving on all sides of the outer watch case but it has a decorative dial and a subdial at 6:00 with a sweeping second hand. The dial has some dirt on the outer edge of the dial between 2:00 and 7:00 which can possibly be cleaned. The hands sometimes stick a bit when setting but sets well and as mentioned runs properly. We cannot guarantee this watch due to it's age and the fact that maintainence records are unknown so we strongly suggest cleaning and oiling this wonderful watch. The watch is aprox. 1 3/4" in diameter not including the winding stem.It comes with a 12" watch chain that is also engraved but is not gold. Pictures are of the actual watch.
