This is a 10k yellow gold Pratt & Whitney Aircraft pin that is awarded to employees on the 15 year anniversary of their employment. It is aprox. 1/2" wide, weighs 2.8 grams, has a partial enameled background, 3 red stones set at the bottom and a locking bar pin in the back.
